Nkongho Beteck is director of social media and digital content at the National Retail Federation. In this role, she leads the organization’s social media strategy, including curating content, gathering and reporting metrics, covering live events and executing paid social advertising campaigns. She also oversees strategy and development for the organization’s SmartBrief newsletters.
Prior to joining NRF, Beteck served in public communication and nonprofit roles for health equity, journalism and science organizations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in multiplatform journalism from the University of Maryland, College Park and a master’s degree in digital corporate/nonprofit communication from Johns Hopkins University.
