WASHINGTON – Today, the National Retail Federation announced that Paige Hahn has been named Senior Vice President of Membership and Development.
“Paige Hahn will help us to build upon best-in-class advocacy, research and educational services for the retail industry.”
“Having Paige join the NRF executive team will help us to broaden our membership base and generate new revenue sources as we build upon best-in-class advocacy, research and educational services for the retail industry. NRF is the voice of retail because of the knowledge, expertise and credibility of our staff and volunteer retail leadership who consistently create opportunities for our members to recognize growth and success,” said NRF President and CEO Matthew Shay.
“Paige’s background and experience means we can remain nimble with our issue-based advocacy campaigns while, at the same time, continue to proactively create, implement, resource and sustain strategic programs that have a long-term and quantifiable impact for our members and the retail industry,” Shay said.
“I'm thrilled to join the NRF team,” Hahn said. “It is an organization that has all the fundamentals solidly in place, particularly with its finances, leadership in shaping policy decisions that impact the industry, consumer research and education programs. With the guidance from NRF’s board of directors, I have a clear and unambiguous goal to build on its success and create new opportunities to grow the organization on behalf of the industry and the consumers it serves.”
Hahn has more than 20 years of experience in growing revenue for membership programs, issue-based campaigns and political organizations. Her past clients have included the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where she managed a $30 million portfolio made up of both membership and issue-based campaign funds. She raised more than $50 million for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s voter education program and most recently led the $80 million capital campaign to build an education center for the 9/11 Memorial Fund.
Hahn has also served as Finance Director for the Republican Governors Association and Vice President of Sales and Business Development at the Direct Marketing Association as well as chief fundraiser for a number of high-profile political organizations and political campaigns.
