Katie Jordan is the manager for research and industry insights at the National Retail Federation. In this role, she is responsible for leading key aspects of NRF’s research initiatives, with a specialized focus on consumer and industry trends.
Prior to joining NRF, Jordan served as a research analyst at a D.C. research consultancy, where she managed all phases of research projects for a wide variety of industries. Jordan brings over six years of experience in managing research projects from idea conception, to conducting surveys to thorough data analysis.
She received her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Elon University.
