Thomas Jordan is coordinator for media relations at the National Retail Federation. In this role, he is responsible for managing external media requests and executing communications strategy around consumer spending research, government relations, retail trends, foundation initiatives and trade shows.
Prior to joining NRF, Jordan worked as a social media specialist at UPS and Turner Broadcasting Systems, where he focused on community management, social scheduling and copywriting for the corporations’ main social channels. Jordan previously interned for a consulting firm on Capitol Hill and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
A native of Atlanta, Jordan earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Georgia.
