As a multichannel business, one of the constant opportunities for Alex and Ani Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Digital Ryan Bonifacino is building a bridge between AlexandAni.com and its bricks-and-mortar stores. That opportunity becomes a balancing act during the holiday season, but it’s one that the company overcomes through proper planning, relationship building and communication across the organization.

The cross-functional collaboration Bonifacino has helped forge is echoed in the inaugural NRF 2015 Retail Holiday Planning Playbook, which provides an inside look at the ways retail IT, marketing, loss prevention, digital and supply chain executives are coordinating for Holiday 2015.

We sat down with Bonifacino to hear the lessons he’s learned so far and how internal teams at Alex and Ani are working as one to prepare for the winter holidays.
