Investment in the supply chain is vital to the growth of any business. Not only are we continuing to deal with the ongoing supply chain effects of COVID-19, but the holiday shipping season and its challenges are compounding the issue. 

 “It's really pressure from three areas,” said Colin Yankee, executive vice president and chief supply chain officer at Tractor Supply Company, “in port logistics, domestic transportation and overall workforce competition for manufacturing and distribution center teams. I think all three of those are the result of a major shock that threw off the balance between supply and demand.”
