NRF has filed lawsuits of its own, joined retail companies or other trade associations in doing so, and has filed amicus briefs in a number of lawsuits where the retail industry has an interest.

NRF is compiling data on patent and other IP-related demand letters that members are receiving. Members may submit information about demand letters that you receive anonymously.
