Lawyers Committee

The NRF Lawyers Committee is composed of in-house retail attorneys and legal executives selected by the NRF General Counsel's Forum, or at NRF’s discretion, to discuss legal issues faced by retailers and explore trends and best practices related to litigation, technology and innovation, privacy and data protection, intellectual property, real estate, antitrust and other substantive areas of law.

Eligibility

The NRF Lawyers Committee is open to legal counsel and senior legal executives within NRF member retail companies, such as in-house counsel (corporate, litigation, real estate, employment, etc.), general counsel direct reports (associate, deputy, assistant) and legal executives (litigation executive, senior legal advisor, etc.), or at NRF’s discretion.
