Barbara Collins is the customer engagement manager at the NRF Foundation. Since joining the Foundation team in 2019, she has worked on various projects from the NRF Foundation Honors to the Foundation’s university engagements. In her current role, she manages the engagement strategy for the RISE Up training and credentialing program.
Before working for the NRF Foundation, Collins worked for the Navy Exchange Service Command as a merchandiser, where she managed and grew the audio department. She also worked in sales and styling for Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s.
Collins holds a Bachelor of Science in fashion merchandising from Old Dominion University.
