Erin Graziani is senior manager, communications and public affairs at the National Retail Federation. In this role, she manages the development and implementation of strategic communications campaigns that advance NRF’s agenda, increase brand awareness and promote the interests of the retail industry.
Prior to joining NRF, Graziani served as communications manager for the American Recyclable Plastic Bag Alliance, a self-funded division of the Plastics Industry Association. In this role, she represented U.S.-based manufacturers and recyclers of plastic retail bags, worked with stakeholders on plastic retail bag regulations, oversaw external communications for the division, and managed sustainability and recycling initiatives.
Graziani previously worked at the Manufacturers Alliance, a nonprofit professional society supporting manufacturing leaders. She joined the organization as a program coordinator, where she managed relationships with members, executed membership and event marketing efforts, and curated content for social media campaigns. She then became a senior content marketing specialist where she oversaw marketing campaigns, developed email automation programs and authored external communications for the organization. Prior to the Manufacturers Alliance, Graziani served as a staff associate at Kellen where she managed association clients in the hospitality, risk management, food and energy industries.
A native of West Virginia, Graziani holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and a minor in leadership studies from West Virginia University.
