Juliana Saling is the email marketing coordinator at the National Retail Federation. In this role, she manages the email marketing calendar across the organization, owning email deployments for NRF initiatives, events, programs, webinars and newsletters in addition to monitoring email performance reports and IP health. Additionally, she provides marketing support for the NRF DE&I Committee and the NRF Foundation as needed.
Saling came to NRF as a marketing intern in 2022. Prior to that, she was an intern and training fellow at The Grassroot Project, a public health education non-profit in Washington, D.C. While there, Saling assisted with the research, development and implementation of critical health education curricula in D.C. public charter middle schools and the recruitment, training and mentoring of student athlete volunteers from local universities.
Originally from Maplewood, N.J., Saling is a graduate of American University where she received her bachelor of science in business administration with a specialization in marketing and an undergraduate certificate in leadership and ethical development from the College of Arts and Sciences.
