Sara Greene

Sr. Director Engagement and Strategic Partnerships

Sara Greene is director of retail programs at the National Retail Federation. In this capacity, Greene is responsible for outreach, engagement and implementation of member activities and benefits in alignment with the overall NRF membership strategy. Greene serves as the lead for members-only activities at events including committee meetings, executive programming and Board elections. 

Greene came to NRF in 2005 from MAXIMUS, where she developed and executed strategic marketing plans for the Ticket to Work Program, a disability employment initiative of the Social Security Administration. In this capacity, she developed relationships with state and local organizations to provide employment for people with disabilities.

Originally from Paraguay, Greene graduated from Marymount University with a B.A. in marketing. She resides in Virginia with her husband, Zach, and their shih tzu, Pearl.
