On Passage of the Bill H.R. 5430 -- H.R. 5430 (1/16/2020)

We support efforts to modernize NAFTA to reflect today’s business environment. Retailers are encouraged by some of the new and updated provisions, especially related to digital trade and customs and trade facilitation.
