Apply to speak at an NRF event and be part of something big!

Using a rigorous vetting process, NRF continually seeks a diverse set of forward-thinking speakers with out-of-the-box ideas, proven tactics, and actionable proof points. Programming a variety of events (see below), NRF welcomes speaker applications that match the fast pace of retail’s most prominent challenges and opportunities to enhance our educational event content.

NRF prioritizes speaker applicants who:

  • can share tangible takeaways with attendees.
  • are senior-level to C-suite executives.
  • can organically engage with the audience on a deeper level.
  • are from strong, cutting edge, retail brands and parallel industries; no vendor pitches will be accepted.

Be proactive! NRF starts to secure speakers nine to 12 months ahead of each event. Though we do review applicants on a rolling basis, we recommend applying as early as possible.

  • individuals from globally recognized brands (domestic and international)
  • leaders of a specific field – e.g. robotics, AI, experience, fulfillment, etc.
  • disruptor models and/or D2C start-ups
  • strategic thinkers with innovative and industry-changing ideas
  • female, diverse and c-level speakers

We review every submission carefully and assess the fit with the themes and topics we plan to cover. NRF will contact only those applicants moving forward in this process.
