NRF Diversity & Inclusion Working Group Meeting - July 29, 2021

Our panel will discuss how retailers can set up a corporate diversity program with an emphasis on supporting female- and minority-owned businesses.

  • Mecca Mitchell is the Senior Vice President of Inclusion and Diversity at Burlington Stores, Inc., where she is responsible for leading efforts to create supportive and equitable institutional structures, fostering welcoming and inclusive environments, and cultivating a culture that leverages diversity, inclusion, and equity best practices to drive business objectives, while responding to the diverse needs of its workforce, its customers, and the communities it serves.

  • Stacia is a forward-thinking executive with success designing and leading global employee and labor relations, human resources, compliance, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. She is currently the Vice President, Global Head of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Action at lululemon, where she leads a team of more than 20 to embed the IDEA function throughout the entire company and at every level.
