Join the National Retail Federation in Washington, D.C. on Fight Retail Crime Day to advocate for legislative solutions to address organized retail crime at the 2023 Fight Retail Crime Day Fly-in. NRF is convening leaders from the loss prevention community – those at the forefront of the battle against rising organized retail crime – to meet face-to-face with members of Congress and their staff to educate them on the need to act. What to Expect
NRF’s fly-ins are exclusive opportunities for retailers to share their stories directly with key congressional decisionmakers in Washington, D.C. NRF will schedule meetings with your representatives on your behalf and provide comprehensive training to ensure advocates are prepared for their meetings.
We encourage NRF members to share their stories about the ongoing impact of ORC to their company, their employees and the communities they serve. It would be especially helpful if retailers, to their comfort level, shared any numbers they have regarding the financial impact of ORC.
In 2022, NRF named Oct. 26 as Fight Retail Crime Day to raise awareness for Congress to take swift and comprehensive action to address organized crime. Our goal is to bring greater attention and awareness to the issue and emphasize the need to pass the current CORCA Bill of 2023.
