NRF Retail Advocates Town Hall Series Sponsorship

Sponsor Fee $25,000 per sponsor, for the entire series, maximum of 4 sponsors for the Series.

The NRF Retail Advocates Town Hall Series will spotlight the value of small businesses and the importance of advocating on behalf of the retail industry. Targeting small business retail owners, NRF will partner with a minimum of six (6) state retail associations to gather attendees. Audience size will vary state to state, with an expected audience of 50+ business owners and leaders per state. Congressional delegations will be invited to participate for each state as well as targeted state leadership.

Event Schedule: Two-hour proposed program per state

  • Welcome and Introductions – NRF Staff and State Retail Association Representative – 5 minutes
  • Sponsor Presentation – 10 minutes
  • Policy Panel Discussion – Review of critical public policy issues affecting small business and retail sector by NRF staff – 25 minutes
  • Remarks by Member(s) of Congress – 60 minutes (depending on delegation size)
  • Sponsor Presentation – 10 minutes
  • Closing Remarks – NRF Staff – 5 minutes

Sponsorship Benefits: Branding placements on marketing and webinar assets including event marketing emails sent by NRF, social media, the NRF website, webinar branding, Sponsor gift to participants and more. Sponsors are also invited to present a live presentation time to address attendees during each state's town hall.
