NRF hosts regional social dinners exclusively for corporate retailers to come together, connect, grow their community and learn from each other in a personal setting at a top local restaurant.

Target audiences include retailers — managers, directors and above — in digital, ecommerce, innovation, marketing, supply chain, operations, sustainability, ESG, cybersecurity, technology, merchandising/planning, research/analytics and legal roles.

Sponsorship benefits
  • Sponsor may bring up to 3 attendees (employees from sponsoring company)
  • Sponsor recognition is included on NRF Dinners event signage, registration page and marketing materials; recognition can include company logo or name
  • Marketing promotion can include NRF event emails, newsletters, organic and/or paid social
  • NRF can provide sponsor with approved marketing assets for promotion (graphic for social media and up to 1 email graphic)
  • Sponsor may raffle a non-branded gift item(s) to attendees on-site; total gift value should exceed $149 and be approved in advance by NRF
  • Sponsor may bring one (1) branded item for all attendees (must be approved by NRF)
  • Sponsor may prepare and present remarks under 5 minutes, before or after dinner
  • NRF will develop and send a thank you email to all attendees within 1 week after the event; email will thank sponsor, include contact information and can promote a sponsor resource or white paper
  • Post-event, sponsor will receive attendee list including company, job title and any opted-in email addresses and full names available

NRF Dinner sponsorship opportunities are available to associate companies (non-retail), with a special price reserved for NRF associate members. Non-retail companies are limited to sponsoring just one (1) event between September 2022 and February 2023.
