NRF offers health insurance coverage through CareFirst. Eligible employees may select from two plans. Coverage includes medical, dental, vision and prescription. Coverage is available to eligible employees and their dependents.
NRF offers Flexible Spending Accounts, which offset out-of-pocket medical and dependent care costs by allowing eligible participants to set aside pre-tax funds to pay for medical and childcare expenses.
NRF provides group term life including accidental death and dismemberment insurance through Mutual of Omaha. Coverage is 2x an employee’s current salary up to $500,000.
NRF Commuter Benefits Program allows participants to pay for Qualified Transportation Expenses with pre-tax funds. Eligible participants may set aside up to the monthly maximum for transit and/or parking expenses.
- Vacation – Accrual rates are based on length of service, beginning with 10 days annually increasing to a maximum of 30 days.
- Personal – Three days provided per anniversary period
- Sick – 10 days per anniversary period
- NRF Holidays – 10 days per anniversary period
NRF offers the EAP program to all eligible employees through COPE, Inc. This program offers free and confidential assessments, short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up services to employees who have personal and/or work-related issues.
