The Talent Acquisition Group offers participation specifically to the most senior talent acquisition executive of any retail company. This group provides opportunities for networking and the exchange of ideas. The group works collaboratively to promote retailing as an attractive and long-term career path and to cultivate the next generation of retail leaders. The group meets twice a year to share best practices and discuss the most pressing talent issues.
This group is managed by the NRF Foundation, while an advisory committee helps determine the strategic direction of the group. The advisory committee is made up of representatives from Burlington Stores, DICK’S Sporting Goods, Target, The Home Depot and Williams-Sonoma Inc. Participation is open to any retail company, defined as a business that sells directly to consumers through a store or website. View additional NRF council members here.
