Ashton Wiggins

Ashton Wiggins is a manager of legislative affairs at the National Retail Federation, where she advances the industry’s policy priorities on Capitol Hill across a wide range of issues that will impact America’s retail business community. She guides legislative strategy, steers Hill engagement and crafts advocacy communications that help NRF members and policymakers navigate complex policy challenges. 

A Tennessee native, Wiggins began her career at NRF as a government relations intern and has since grown through multiple roles within the government relations team, building experience across both policy development and advocacy execution. She graduated with honors from the University of Mississippi, earning degrees in history and public policy, and is a member of the Institute for the American Worker's inaugural Future of Work Fellowship, focused on labor and workforce policy.
