Caroline Reppert

Caroline Reppert is vice president of AI and technology policy and director of the Center for Digital Risk and Innovation at the National Retail Federation. In her roles, she leads NRF’s engagement on AI and cybersecurity-related policy issues. She also works with CDRI and across the government relations team to provide a variety of member resources on AI, cybersecurity, fraud prevention and other technology-related issues. 

Reppert joined NRF from Monument Advocacy, a Washington, D.C.-based lobbying firm where she primarily worked with the firm's technology and cybersecurity teams. She also spent time working for the Center for American Progress and former Sen. Bob Casey’s office. 

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College and her master’s degree in public policy from Georgetown University.
