Caroline Reppert is the senior director of AI and technology policy and the associate director of NRF's Center for Digital Risk & Innovation. In her roles, she leads NRF’s engagement on AI-related policy issues. She also works with both the CDRI and across the full government relations team to provide a variety of member resources on AI, cybersecurity and technology issues.
Reppert joined NRF from Monument Advocacy, a Washington, D.C.-based lobbying firm where she primarily worked with the technology and cybersecurity teams. She also spent time working for the Center for American Progress and the office of Senator Bob Case, D-Pa.
Reppert earned her bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College and her Master’s in Public Policy from Georgetown University.
