Erica Aquilina

Erica Aquilina is senior director of brand and creative strategy at the National Retail Federation. In this role, she leads creative strategies and projects from conception to execution and is responsible for consistency of NRF brands across all platforms. She creates compelling stories and original visual content for all brands under the NRF portfolio.  

Prior to joining NRF, Aquilina produced content for brands and organizations like Audi, Mary Kay, WW, American Israel Public Affairs Committee and ASCD. She previously served as a Capitol Hill video correspondent for The Hill where she covered both chambers as well as the 2008 presidential election. Aquilina began her career in television and documentary production for CNN, HGTV, National Geographic and The History Channel.  

A New Jersey native, Aquilina has a bachelor’s degree in media studies from The Catholic University of America.
