Jennifer Overstreet is senior director of content strategy at the National Retail Federation. In this role, she oversees the digital content strategy for the organization and leads the team that plans, executes, promotes and optimizes digital content on all NRF channels including NRF’s websites, blog and social platforms. She is also the producer for NRF’s Retail Gets Real podcast.
Prior to joining NRF in 2011, Overstreet held writing and marketing roles on the communications and creative teams at Perceptive Software, now Hyland Software, where she developed creative copy for marketing campaigns and content marketing programs, and managed a quarterly magazine.
Overstreet holds bachelor’s degrees in English and journalism from the University of Kansas. She continues to cheer for the Jayhawks with her family in Virgina.
