Kyra Hicks is senior director of marketing insights and analytics at the National Retail Federation. In this capacity, she leads data-driven decisions across the organization.
Working closely with internal departments and agencies, Hicks and her team lead efforts to build an analytics and data science function within NRF, track registration projections and marketing channel performance for NRF conferences, develop and maintain a prospect universe and identify key market and consumer trends for business decisions.
Prior to joining NRF, Hicks worked in various marketing, product development and ecommerce positions at AOL, Marriott International and Hallmark Cards Inc.
Hicks graduated from the University of Michigan with a master’s degree in business administration. She is a published author and former board member of the Movable Book Society.
