Who compiles the list?
The Hot 25 Retailers list is released annually by NRF and compiled by Kantar, a global marketing, insight and consultancy company.
What is the list based on?
The Hot 25 Retailers are determined by year-over-year percentage increases in domestic sales. The focus on growth rate highlights hot, growing companies without being overpowered by the largest retailers in the United States. For a full explanation of the methodology, click here.
When is the list released?
The Hot 25 Retailers list is released annually in early August.
