Tony Sciarrotta is the senior director of reverse logistics at the National Retail Federation. In this role, he is working to integrate the returns community into NRF, promoting ideas to reduce consumer returns and sharing best practices on what to do with returned products. Sciarrotta is helping retailers improve the consumer experience.
Prior to becoming part of NRF, Sciarrotta spent the last 25 years focused on consumer returns and helped to lead the Reverse Logistics Association to be the global voice of the returns industry. The acquisition of the RLA by NRF has helped to amplify that voice to the entire retail community.
Sciarrotta holds a degree from St. Mary’s College in metro Detroit. After his passion for returns and circularity, Sciarrotta enjoys live music and has attended the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival for over 25 years.
